Ash Amiramadi, CEO of Arla Foods UK, is leaving the company to become CEO of Sofina Foods Europe. His successor will be Bas Padberg, who was previously Vice President Arla Foods Southeast Asia. Amiramadi joined Arla in 2004 from Unilever and has been Head of UK Operations since 2018.
