American dairy cooperative Darigold aims at pushing its worldwide ingredients business. Some personnel changes have now been made: Grant Kadavy is to move from COO to Chief Growth and Risk Officer, where he will oversee the start-up of a new dairy ingredients plant and launch new products. Ex-Fonterra Manager Joe Coote will become President Global Ingredients on November 1. For Fonterra, Coote already managed the Global Supply Chain and the Americas business.
