A AUS$20m investment by Melbourne-based Hudson Food Group in an Aboriginal-backed food company will fund a new dairy plant at Tullamarine near Melbourne . Hudson Food Group will take a minority stake in the Dreaming Food Company, which is owned by Biripi Capital, Australia’s first Aboriginal-owned private equity firm. Co-founded by Aboriginal business leaders David Liddiard and Michael Manikas, the company is targeting AUS$100m in revenue within 2yrs.
