Ausnutria Nederland will make changes to the company’s management structure. In addition, the cooperation with the parent company Ausnutria Dairy Corporation will be strengthened. Following the proposed changes and the associated changing responsibilities, CEO Jeroen Kiers has chosen to leave on 15 July.
Within the local management in the Netherlands, some direct reporting lines will be shifted to the management of parent company Ausnutria Dairy Corporation. With these changes, the organization expects to be able to achieve better cooperation and coordination with the Chinese sister organization and the board in Hong Kong.
Jeroen Kiers has been CEO at Ausnutria since 2020. Prior to that, he was director of Strategy & Innovation within the company.
