CEO Peter Stahl (photo left side) is leaving the Hochland Group after 12 years at the helm of the company and 24 years on the Executive Board – an amicable agreement was reached at the end of November. The decision is based on recent differences in management understanding with the majority of the Supervisory Board of Hochland SE.
Sebastian Schaeffer, CCO at the company, will take his place. He will take over as CEO of Hochland SE on 1 December 2024 and will retain responsibility for the Commercial division. CFO Hubert Staub and COO Josef Stitzl will continue to complete the Executive Board of Hochland SE.
