The Supervisory Board of AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG resolved to appoint Franz Ennser as a new member of the Management Board for a term of three years with effect from 1 November 2025.
The current Management Board, consisting of Chairman Stephan Büttner, Norbert Harringer and Stephan Meeder, is thereby being supplemented by the addition of this 54-year-old agricultural economist from Upper Austria as its fourth member.
As Chief Operations Officer (COO), Ennser will be responsible for Agricultural Raw Materials, Operational Excellence, including Occupational Health and Investments and Purchasing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
Mr Ennser has been employed at the AGRANA Group since 1998, where he has worked for Austria Juice GmbH since 2006 and held the position of CEO there since 2014.
