Hochdorf Swiss Nutrition has appointed Sandro Tichelli (photo: Hochdorf) as its new CEO. The 44-year-old Swiss national will take up his position at the milk processing company on 1 January 2026. Tichelli brings with him management experience from the food industry, most recently as Country Manager of Danone Switzerland AG and member of the DACH Executive Board.
Tichelli succeeds Ralph Siegl, who has led Hochdorf since 2022 and oversaw its spin-off from the parent company and sale to AS Equity Partners. Oliver Banz, partner at AS Equity Partners, will lead Hochdorf until Tichelli takes office.
