Brenntag, globally active in in chemicals and ingredients distribution, announced a new distribution agreement with ADM in force since September 1, 2025. The addition of Romania is further strengthening Brenntag’s partnership with ADM expanding from a non-exclusive agreement in Hungary to exclusive distribution partnerships in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovakia. Brenntag offers the ADM products under the Profam, Arcon, Tradcon SE and Tradcon T to customers in these countries.

The agreement also covers Saudia Arabia (KSA) and United Arab Emirates (UAE), where – in addition to the above – Brenntag will offer ADM’s Adlec, Ultralec, Sopro and Soprotex brands on an exclusive basis as well.
