Paul Lederer, a billionaire businessman, is in talks to sell his family’s cheese and dairy business to Schreiber Foods. Lederer’s Real Dairy Australia has revenue of $600m and employs about 500 staff. It sells cheese and dairy products to supermarket chains including Woolworths and Coles, as well as to hotels and restaurants along with fast food chains including Subway and pizza maker Domino’s Pizza.
