Noviwest
Noviwest builds on a century of expertise in vitamins, carotenoids and aroma ingredients. By producing a wide range of vitamins in Europe, the company helps safeguard global food security and gives customers in the food, feed, fragrance and pharmaceutical industries peace of mind.
Panavora
With the world’s largest premix distribution network, leading innovative feed additives, and a range of additional services and solutions, including digital products, Panovara will partner with producers across the value chain to improve animal health, performance and sustainability outcomes. Guided by its purpose of feeding the planet without costing the earth, Panavora will help shape the future of animal nutrition through solutions that create measurable value for customers, animals and society.
What This Means for Customers
The creation of Noviwest and Panavora is intended to establish two focused businesses with distinct strategies and complementary capabilities.
Noviwest will concentrate on delivering the essential ingredients the world depends on, helping safeguard supply, quality and long-term resilience across global nutrition value chains. Panavora will focus on accelerating innovation in animal nutrition and health through science-based solutions, precision services and customer-focused expertise.
Following completion, Noviwest and Panavora will operate as independent companies, each pursuing its own strategy and serving customers independently. While the companies will operate separately, they will continue to collaborate in selected areas where their capabilities are complementary.
