Lactalis Canada has opened a new Research & Development (R&D) Centre in Ingleside, Ontario.   Located adjacent to Lactalis Canada’s cheese processing plant in Ingleside, the R&D centre features advanced pilot-scale capabilities and specialized testing and evaluation spaces designed to support product and process development.

The new R&D comes after the company opened its new milk-receiving bay at its Winchester, Ontario facility (2m litres of milk per day), increasing its milk-receiving capacity by 25% with an investment of $16m.
