Russian dairy processor Milk Logic (Logika Moloka, formerly Danone) has completed the acquisition of Poligrin LLC, owner of ‘5Yes!’, a premium brand of plant-based drinks sold primarily to cafés, restaurants and professional baristas. The financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed.
5Yes! has more than 20 products, most of which were developed for the catering sector. According to Milk Logic, Poligrin generated turnover of 521 million roubles (approximately 6.5 million US dollars) in 2025, representing a 70 per cent increase compared with 2024.
The acquisition gives Milk Logic a second plant-based brand focused on the coffee market. The company already produces ‘Planto’ – the former Alpro range has been marketed under this name in Russia since 2023. Planto comprises a barista range, and according to *Kommersant*, its turnover in 2025 rose by 5.8 per cent in volume and 17 per cent in value.
Milk Logic is building a production facility for plant-based drinks in Samara with a capacity of 17,000 tonnes per year and an investment volume of more than 1 billion roubles.
