The Board of the dairy cooperative Zuivelcoöperatie FrieslandCampina U.A. has appointed Erwin Wunnekink as its new chair with effect from 16 June 2021, because Frans Keurentjes has decided to step down as chair with effect from that date. Sandra Addink-Berendsen will fill in the position of vice-chair.
Frans Keurentjes has been a member of the Board of the dairy cooperative and of the Supervisory Board of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. (and its legal predecessor) since December 2006. He has been chair since 20 December 2016.
Erwin Wunnekink, who has been a member of the Cooperative’s Board and the Supervisory Board since December 2009, was appointed vice-chair in December 2016. Wunnekink owns a dairy farm in Haarlo (NL).
Sandra Addink-Berendsen has been a member of the Cooperative’s Board and the Supervisory Board since 2014. She is owner of a dairy farm in Markelo (NL).
With effect from 16 June 2021, Erwin Wunnekink and Sandra Addink-Berendsen will also become, respectively, chair and vice-chair of the Supervisory Board of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V.
