The Members’ Council of FrieslandCampina has today adopted the 2025 financial statements of dairy cooperative Zuivelcoöperatie FrieslandCampina U.A. It also endorsed the Executive Board’s decision to adopt the financial statements of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. and, as part of the appropriation of profit, to distribute the supplementary cash payment to the member dairy farmers.

In accordance with the reservation policy, under which 40 per cent of the available profit is distributed to member dairy farmers, the Members’ Council approved a supplementary cash payment of 1.31 euros per 100 kilogrammes of milk, compared to 1.21 euros in 2024.
