FrieslandCampina’s Members’ Council has adopted the financial statements of Zuivelcoöperatie FrieslandCampina U.A. for 2022. It also approved the Cooperative Board’s decision to adopt the 2022 financial statements of Royal FrieslandCampina N.V. and the Board’s proposed profit appropriation.
As part of the proposed profit appropriation, the Members’ Council approved a supplementary cash payment of 85 million euros to the members of the cooperation. Which equals 0.90 euro per 100 kilogrammes of supplied farm milk.
