Fonterra has raised its milk price forecast for the 2026/27 dairy year by 25 New Zealand cents to an average of NZ$9.75 per kg DM. The forecast ranges from NZ$9 to NZ$10.50. The increase is attributed to higher revenues from VMP and MMP and continued strong demand from South-East Asia, Africa, China and the Middle East.
