Weber Food Technology named Best Managed Company 2026

Weber Food Technology is among the Best Managed Companies 2026. The prestigious award bestowed by Deloitte Private, UBS, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and the Federation of German Industries (BDI) honors brilliantly managed mid-sized companies. Companies are evaluated in terms of strategy, innovation & productivity, corporate culture, as well as finance & governance. And this is where the internationally successful family business convinced the jury: After an intense application and selection process, Weber Food Technology can now proudly count itself among the Best Managed Companies 2026.

The festive awards ceremony took place last week at the Palmengarten in Frankfurt am Main. During the festivities, Tobias Weber, CEO of Weber Food Technology, and Simone Weyerich, Administrative Managing Director, accepted the award on behalf of the company. “The award represents a special recognition, and at the same time strongly reflects what Weber stands for,” Tobias Weber is pleased. “It reaffirms our commitment to taking responsibility with strategic foresight, innovative strength, and a clear set of values. But above all, this distinction is a success for our entire team. Because sustainable company management is not made up of individual decisions, but of people who work every day with commitment, competence and solidarity to take the company forward.” Dr. Christine Wolter, Partner at Deloitte and Lead Deloitte Private, also emphasizes the company’s special achievement: “Excellent corporate leadership has rarely been more important than it is in these turbulent times. Best Managed Companies like Weber Food Technology set the standards in terms of agility and resilience: They react quickly to the many changes that are currently taking place and always view transformation as an opportunity to help shape the future. In an environment where familiar structures are increasingly beginning to topple, these characteristics deserve special recognition.”

With this award, Weber joins the ranks of an international success story. The Best Managed Companies program was launched by Deloitte in Canada in the 1990s and is now active in more than 45 countries. The goal of the program is to highlight companies that lead the way with integrity, strategic vision, innovative strength, and a culture of sustainable leadership.
