The Board of Directors has appointed Ann-Kristin Erkens as CEO with immediate effect. She succeeds Mikko Keto. Until a successor is appointed, she will continue to serve as CFO.
Erkens joined SIG as CFO in November 2023 and served as interim CEO from August 2025 until the end of February 2026. Prior to joining SIG, she held various senior positions in finance, operations and strategy at Henkel for more than 20 years.
