Strengthening its Executive Leadership Committee to drive business growth

UNITED CAPS is reinforcing its Executive Leadership Committee with two key executive appointments. This new talent will help UNITED CAPS to drive business growth and ensure a work environment that continues to foster innovation and exceptional customer service. These strategic hires underscore UNITED CAPS’ commitment to strengthening its market position, expanding its global presence, and fostering a high performing, engaged workforce.

To sustain its leadership and accelerate its expansion, UNITED CAPS is appointing Alan Quéméneur as Chief Growth Officer (CGO) to drive business transformation, customer engagement, and revenue growth, while also ensuring a continued focus on bringing sustainable solutions to the marketplace. Agnès Parmentier as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will focus on strengthening the company’s talent and culture to support business expansion.

Mr Quéméneur brings a wealth of experience in strategic growth, market expansion, and customer-centric innovation to his new role as Chief Growth Officer at UNITED CAPS.

As CGO, Quéméneur will focus on developing and implementing growth strategies, identifying new market opportunities, driving product innovation, and strengthening customer engagement. His expertise will be essential in advancing UNITED CAPS’ mission to deliver high-performance caps and closures that enhance product differentiation and sustainability.

Prior to joining UNITED CAPS, Mr Quéméneur held key leadership roles at Berry Global and Albea Group. He holds a master’s degree in Plastic Engineering from ISPA Alençon, France, and completed the Strategic Management Program at Ashton Business School.

Agnès Parmentier joins UNITED CAPS as CHRO, bringing 14+ years of experience in HR leadership, global workforce planning, and talent development. Her expertise in optimising HR structures, fostering an inclusive culture, and strengthening employee engagement will play a critical role in enhancing UNITED CAPS’ employer brand and ensuring a future-ready workforce.
