Somerdale International has announced the appointment of Mike Hatch as its new West Coast Sales Manager. This senior level appointment comes at an exciting time of growth and development for Somerdale as it seeks to reinforce its position as the No.1 specialist importer of British & Irish cheese into the United States.
Prior to joining Somerdale, Hatch spent 20 years working at Champignon NA Inc most recently as Vice President of Sales. During this time he played a key role in developing the market for a range of imported European cheeses which today is one of the USA’s largest specialty food categories.
