To accelerate its transformation and further increase the agility of the company, FrieslandCampina is implementing changes to its top management structure. The Executive Board, currently composed of the CEO and CFO, will be reinforced with the President Food & Beverage and the Chief People Officer. In the renewed Executive Leadership Team, all business units and strategic functions will come together, resulting in fewer management layers, better decision-making and accelerated implementation of the strategy.
Hein Schumacher, CEO FrieslandCampina: “By having the leaders of all business units and strategic functions at the table in the Executive Leadership Team, decisions can be taken quickly and in a cohesive manner. Allocating more responsibilities to our executive leaders results in a flat, flexible organisation, which means that real speed can be made with the transformation of FrieslandCampina. We live in a dynamic world in which we constantly have to respond to changing circumstances and must seize opportunities in the marketplace to be successful. I look forward to doing that together with the renewed Executive Leadership Team.”
