Registration is now open for Fi Europe 2026:

Registration is now open for Fi Europe 2026, as the world’s leading food ingredients event returns to Messe Frankfurt, Germany from 17–19 November. Expecting to welcome over 1,650 exhibitors and around 27,000 visitors, this year’s event is on track to be one of the largest to date.

Visitors will have opportunities to meet a huge variety of businesses, from start-ups to global leaders like ADM, AGRIFLEX, Beneo, Bühler, Cargill, Givaudan, GEA, and Nexira, as well as gaining exclusive new market insights and exploring the latest ingredient and technology developments. Fi Europe 2026 will showcase the full spectrum of food ingredient innovation, offering attendees a unique opportunity to connect with the most influential players in the industry.

The heart of Fi Europe: food and health ingredients and insights

The Food ingredients and Health ingredients areas remain central to Fi Europe, with attendees able to explore thousands of innovative and best-in-class ingredients, including a wide range of natural and organic solutions.

Fi Europe’s content programme has always curated the latest knowledge from renowned experts across the industry, and 2026 will be no exception. Attendees can expect cutting-edge insights and thought leadership delivered through the Innovation Hub and Fi Europe Conference. Aligned with the one of the sector’s hottest topics for 2026, the third day of the conference will spotlight weight management, honing in on how the rise of GLP-1 medications and changing consumer eating behaviours are reshaping food innovation.

In addition to this, attendees can expect to learn about other trending topics and ingredients, ranging from plant-based and clean label solutions to ingredients supporting healthspan, gut health, cognitive well-being and more. These themes will also be explored through the event’s free Innovation Tours, which provide guided insights into how exhibitors are responding to evolving market demands through reformulation, sustainability initiatives, meat alternatives, and technology-driven ingredient solutions.

Registration for Fi Europe 2026 is now open, with early bird prices available until 6 September.
