The Coca-Cola Company disclosed that a ransomware attack impacting its US-American Fairlife dairy subsidiary has disrupted operations, temporarily suspending production of Fairlife products across the United States.

Fairlife detected unauthorized access to some of its systems, including its production-related systems, in connection with a ransomware attack. The Company’s investigation and assessment of the impact of the incident is ongoing, with the assistance of outside advisors and cybersecurity experts. The company said product quality and safety have not been affected by the ransomware attack. Coca-Cola didn’t say when Fairlife’s systems would be restored.
