Twenty new skilled jobs have been created in Scorrier, UK, after a six million pound investment in a new cottage cheese production facility. The facility, at Rodda’s Creamery, was officially opened last week.

The dairy firm is best known for its Cornish clotted cream and butter, but is now expanding its manufacturing capability with a site capable of producing up to four thousand tonnes of cottage cheese a year.
