Insolvency proceedings have been opened against two companies owned by internet star Roland Ludomirska. The companies affected are Crazy Cheese Manufacture Holding GmbH and MRL Crazy Cheese Manufacture W GmbH, based in Hart near Graz. There are no plans to continue the companies’ operations, and business activities have already been suspended. Ludomirska described himself online as a millionaire and gained a large following, particularly on Instagram.
According to the Credit Protection Association, all of the group’s sites have been closed. By the end, no staff were employed. A total of 32 creditors are currently affected by the insolvency proceedings.
According to the available information, the holding company has assets of around €24,000, against liabilities of approximately €191,000. At MRL Crazy Cheese Manufacture W GmbH, assets amount to around €8,000, whilst liabilities are reported at around €167,000. The business concept involved the sale of high-priced cheese accompanied by highly eye-catching marketing campaigns. For example, Ludomirska travelled to a reality TV show by helicopter, accompanied by a butler.
