Consumers today are increasingly discovering plant-based alternatives to dairy products on their supermarket shelves. And in the not so distant future, it is probable that there also will be products manufactured using precision fermentation from tissue or microorganism cells.
Herbertz Dairy Food Service and muva kempten GmbH are organizing two international events in 2023 to address this topic.
The first event takes place in April:
To succeed in this changing market, many people are looking toward Israel for guidance. A number of startups there are developing innovative methods for the manufacture and supply of alternatives to conventional dairy products for consumers. Five speakers from Israel will present their findings in a virtual format on April 19, 2023. Program.

The second event takes place in June:
On June 13 and 14, 2023, the 4th International Conference Plant & Cell-Based Milk Alternatives will take place in Kempten in the large lecture hall of the dairy school.
While our two previous events had to be held ‘’virtually’’ due to Covid considerations, we now are very pleased to resume face-to-face in person meetings! This also will permit a foyer exhibition at the same time. Another added bonus will be the opportunity to taste a variety of product samples, which will be provided by participating companies and speakers.
