The Magnum Ice Cream Company has invested around €10m in modernising its production site in Veszprém, Hungary, and has installed a new production line there. Thanks to this investment, the plant is now also equipped to manufacture Magnum sweets. The plant currently employs more than 500 staff.
The Magnum Ice Cream Company achieved a turnover of €7.9bn in 2025 and operates a network comprising 32 factories, 13 research centres and three million freezer cabinets across 80 markets worldwide. At the factory in Veszprém, in western Hungary, 230m portions of ice cream are produced annually for the Hungarian and European markets under brands such as Magnum, Cornetto and Carte d’Or.
