Lithuanian dairy processor Vilvi Group reported consolidated revenue of €87m for the first three months of 2026, up 22.4% on the same period in 2025.  EBITDA for the same period decreased by 50.2%, to €3m. Despite this, the group’s consolidated net profit rose to €5.1m, which was 25.7% higher than in the first quarter of 2025. The volume of milk purchased by the group in the first three months of 2026 rose by 54.2% to 156m kg. Vilvi Group anticipates a revenue increase of about 50% in 2026, projecting total revenue to reach approximately €430m. This expected growth is attributed to the opening of a new cheese factory in Bauska, Latvia, and the acquisition of Marijampolės Pieno Konservai. A significant development for the group was the official opening of the new cheese factory in Latvia at the end of May 2026. This facility represents an investment exceeding €60m and is projected to contribute annual revenue of approximately €100-120 m once it reaches full operational capacity.
Vilvi Group is comprised of several entities: Vilkyškių Pieninė, Modest, Kelmės Pieninė, Kelmės Pienas, Pieno Logistika, Marijampolės Pieno Konservai, and the Latvian company Baltic Dairy Board.
