UNITED CAPS has announced the appointment of Daniel Bruzzese as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), effective May 18, 2026, as part of the company’s continued organisational development and long-term growth strategy. The appointment comes as UNITED CAPS continues to expand internationally and further strengthen its growth strategy in response to increasing market complexity, higher customer expectations and the accelerating need for innovation and industrial performance.
Within the new organisational structure, several key technical and innovation-related functions, including R&D, industrialisation, mould expertise, automation & engineering, and NPD project management, will be brought together under Bruzzese’s leadership, further strengthening UNITED CAPS’ technical capabilities and innovation focus across the company.
