Since the beginning of January, Rücker GmbH in Aurich and Ostsee-Molkerei Wismar GmbH have been part of the German MEGGLE Group. This affiliation is now also reflected in the company names: since mid-June, the companies have been operating under the names MEGGLE Cheese Aurich GmbH & Co. KG and MEGGLE Cheese Wismar GmbH.
The name change has no impact on the ownership structure or on the continued existence of the regional Rücker brand. The management of both companies has also been reorganised. It now consists of MEGGLE CEO Matthias Oettel, Markus Czeromin as Managing Director of Operations – who was previously Managing Director – and Caroline Zimmer as Managing Director of Marketing & Sales.
