Double-digit growth in order intake and revenue

GEA’s second quarter saw a double-digit growth in order intake and revenue, as well as significantly higher profitability. Order intake rose by 14.2 per cent to EUR 1,495 million (Q2 2025: EUR 1,309 million); organic growth of 15.4 per cent, revenue grew by 10.0 per cent to EUR 1,442 million (Q2 2025: EUR 1,312 million); the organic growth was 11.0 per cent. EBITDA before restructuring costs rose by 15.6 per cent to EUR 251 million (Q2 2025: EUR 217 million); EBITDA margin before restructuring costs significantly increased to 17.4 per cent (Q2 2025: 16.5 per cent). ROCE further improved to 36.8 per cent (Q2 2025: 35.3 per cent).

Guidance for the 2026 financial has been year raised by GEA: organic revenue growth of 6.0 to 8.0 per cent (previously 5.0 to 7.0 per cent), EBITDA margin before restructuring costs of 17.0 to 17.4 per cent (previously 16.6 to 17.2 per cent) and ROCE forecast at between 36.0 and 40.0 per cent (previously 34.0 to 38.0 per cent).
