FrieslandCampina’s overseas subsidiaries posted strong results in the first half of 2026. Net profit rose at both Dutch Lady in Malaysia and FrieslandCampina Wamco in Nigeria. FrieslandCampina Wamco posted a profit of €18.6m, which is ten times the profit achieved in the first six months of 2025.
In Nigeria, turnover in the first half of 2026 exceeded €228m, an increase of almost 19 per cent compared with the same period in 2025. The gross margin improved from 19 per cent to 23 per cent, and the company also benefited in the first half of 2026 from a 78 per cent reduction in financing costs compared with 2025.
