Emmi is laying the personnel foundations at Board of Directors level for the continued successful expansion of the business. As part of long-term succession planning, Thomas Oehen-Bühlmann, Member and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Franz Steiger, Member of the Board of Directors, will not be standing for re-election at the 2022 Annual General Meeting. Emmi will make an announcement in due course on who will be succeeding these two long-serving members.
