VEMAG Maschinenbau GmbH will demonstrate how food processing and packaging can be combined in a continuous, automated process at this year’s interpack. From gram-accurate portioning to precise placement in the packaging the North German machine manufacturer will present solutions for industrial and commercial applications on four live production lines.
Trade fair visitors can also see for themselves the extensive range of services and support offered by the machine manufacturer from Verden in Lower Saxony. Depending on customer requirements, the customised solutions department can make adjustments, additions, or completely customised machine designs. And with its in-house SmartLink software solution, VEMAG offers digital support for process optimisation as well as production planning and monitoring—and, if required, remote access for VEMAG’s support team.

At interpack, the company will demonstrate its expertise in various lines for applications ranging from small-scale production to highly industrialised production.
The flexible FKL609 automatic filling system reliably fills pasty and liquid products into cans, jars, and cups. The uncomplicated format change, which takes only a few minutes, makes the FKL609 particularly interesting for small businesses. Different filling heads can be easily exchanged as required, enabling consistently clean and accurate filling as well as completely filled containers without air pockets.
A Filling Flow Divider ensures multiple identical product flows and thus maximum weight accuracy and reproducibility. The filling heads can be individually adapted to the product and the format of the packaging used. In addition, the Delta Kinematics system allows simultaneous horizontal and vertical movement of the trays and precise positioning of individual items to ensure optimal and clean dosing.
The SL309 loading line feeds a wide variety of products into the packaging – fully automatically and without contact. It also allows for different placement patterns, such as shingled or stacked. The integrated denester reliably separates different tray formats made of all common materials. Thanks to its compact design, the SL309 is also ideal for parallel line installation and for confined production spaces.
