The MPC80 product gives drinking yogurt a fluid and creamy texture and does not compromise taste. Drinking yogurts with up to 12% protein can be made using Promilk Yogfluid 80, the manufacturing process needs not be changed.
Drinking yogurt makes 45% of all yogurt sales worldwide and the segment has grown by an average of 6% over the past 3 years. Further growth is forecast in Western Europe, the CAGR is estimated at 10% until 2025, according to Ingredia.
