Together with Dennis van Huet, former director at Hoogwegt and the Bel Group, Durtch cheese trading company Vandersterre founds Vandersterre Ingredients. The new company will focus on the marketing and distribution of dairy raw materials in the business-to-business market.
Vandersterre Ingredients will focus on trading in milk powder and butter made from conventional cow’s milk, organic milk, jersey milk, goat’s and sheep’s milk, as well as marketing vegetable raw materials for processing into milk substitutes.
