Nordmann, an international chemical distributor, will be exhibiting alongside its co-exhibitor Ulrick+Short at Fi Europe 2026 in Frankfurt from November 17 to 19. The focus of the exhibition will be on innovative solutions for the Functional Food and Clean Label sectors. Nordmann demonstrates how these approaches can be translated into market-ready products at its tasting bar on the company’s booth. There, the company presents three inspiring concepts that illustrate how selected raw materials can be combined to create modern formulations with real added value. The applications tap into current consumer trends such as Plant-Based/Vegan, High Protein, Fiber Maxxing, and Low in Sugars, combining them with indulgent taste and a pleasant texture.
