Time-Travelling Milkman will continue under the name TTM Ingredients, with a new identity and a new website. Its mission remains unchanged. The Dutch company develops ingredients that give plant-based products a creamy, rich flavour. These are marketed under the Oleocream range, which is based on the processing of sunflower seeds. The company sees applications for these ingredients in plant-based alternatives to cheese and ice cream, as well as in sauces, juices, smoothies and fruit drinks.
